All hard drives would be scanned by serial number and then shredded.
A settlement report of items that made it through the test is listed by asset number.
An agreed-upon set value per item is automatically generated in our system and returns an overall value.
A Certificate of Recycling is generated for all items processed.
All the above reports are sent to our customers via email.
A check is generated to match the settlement report figure and sent via mail within 30 days.
